Meet Our Executive Team
Avi Reddy
Chief Executive Officer
Avi Reddy is a prominent minority leader in the construction industry, known for his innovative approach to modernizing the sector. After earning a Finance degree from the University of Georgia, Reddy entered the insurance restoration business, helping grow the company to over $100 million in revenue within five years. He later restructured the business into Envision Construction, which focuses on large-scale commercial construction and restoration services. Reddy’s success stems from his focus on automating workflows, regulatory compliance, and data-driven financial modeling to ensure accurate forecasting and strategic growth in construction.

Zach Walldorff
Vice President of Construction
Zach arrived at Envision after roles with Segars Group, JMWilliams and Inland Atlantic Development Corp within construction management and contract negotiation. He played a pivotal role in the development and oversight of large projects, ranging from Class A multifamily, mixed use master developments, & self-storage facilities. A former GSU grad, he was a former NCAA D1 student-athlete and currently enjoys backcountry hiking and camping around the world.
David Epps
Chief Technology Officer
David brings 20 years of ever-evolving technology acumen to Envision Construction after his most recent position at Winter Construction as the Director of Construction Technology. In addition to Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), he has experience utilizing drone technology, laser scanning, AR/VR, 4D scheduling, construction simulation, and digital field integration.
Adam Meier
Director of Visual Design
Adam brings over 15 years of experience in experiential design, branding, and architectural design and visualization to his role as Director of Visual Design at Envision Construction. His career spans leadership and senior design roles at Sky Design, Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions, and Signarama, where he delivered impactful visual solutions for corporate headquarters,universities, stadiums, and mixed-use developments.
His portfolio features projects such as the Georgia Tech Athletics facilities design masterplan, Georgia State University’s campus design program, and branded environments for NCR Headquarters, Norfolk Southern HQ, and Atlanta United FC’s Training Facility. Adept at both leading teams and working independently, Adam is known for translating complex environments into cohesive, engaging visual experiences. He studied Design at the Art Institute of Atlanta and International Marketing at the University of Alabama.
